Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in via a one-time code) and your name (collected once, the first time you sign up).

Goal and progress data: goal titles, target dates, and your daily progress entries (Strong Progress, Some Progress, No Progress).

Payment confirmation: a payment reference from Stripe confirming your one-time purchase. We do not collect or store your card number or other payment method details — Stripe handles that directly.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or device data beyond what’s needed for the App to function (such as basic error logs).

We use your information to: authenticate you and operate your account; save and display your goals and daily progress; verify and process your one-time payment; respond to support requests; and maintain the security and reliability of the App.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run VOW:

Stripe— processes your one-time payment. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment details.
Email delivery provider — sends your one-time login codes.
Cloud hosting/database provider — stores your account and goal data securely.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We retain your account and goal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and progress history, except where we’re required to retain limited records (such as payment confirmation) for legal or accounting purposes.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can, at any time: view and edit your goal and progress data within the App; change the email address associated with your account; and delete your account and associated data from Settings. If you’d like help exercising any of these rights, email Support@getvow.life.

VOW is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using VOW, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as an in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
