You must be at least 13 years old to use VOW. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

VOW uses passwordless sign-in. You provide your email address and verify it with a one-time code (OTP) sent to that address for every sign-up and login. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it is the only way to access your VOW account.

VOW lets you set one or two personal goals, choose a timeline for each, and log a daily progress marker (Strong Progress, Some Progress, or No Progress) for each goal. The App displays your history in a monthly calendar and a yearly circular view. VOW does not provide financial, medical, fitness, or professional advice of any kind — it is a personal tracking tool only.

Access to VOW requires a one-time payment of USD $4.49, processed securely through Stripe. This payment grants lifetime access to the App for your account. VOW does not store your card or payment method — Stripe processes and holds that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at Support@getvow.life.

Goal titles, timelines, and daily entries you create (“Your Content”) remain yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you as part of providing the service. We do not sell Your Content or share it publicly.

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user’s account or data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App’s operation; or use the App to store content that is abusive, illegal, or infringes on others’ rights.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your goals and daily entries in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not offer a way to recover a deleted account.

The App’s design, branding, and underlying software are owned by Cogntix. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code.

VOW is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any specific goal or outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogntix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or loss of progress records.

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as an in-app notice). Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
